You are Worthy of Love

Yesterday, I posted a short video saying, “Even at what you thought was your lowest or worst, you were still deserving and worthy of love.” I think sometimes we believe that we are undeserving of the love we so desperately want someone important in our lives to demonstrate. Just because someone who should be showing you unconditional love isn’t, doesn’t mean that you’re doing anything wrong, the issue lies with them.

You may have also made some bad decisions or done some ethically questionable things in your life, but you are more than those things, especially if you have put the effort into becoming a better person. We are our own worst critic and can get hyper-fixated on the negative things about ourselves, but there are so many wonderful things about us too.
