Mentally Here team workshops are designed to support not just performance but the mental, emotional, and embodied experience of the dancers on your team. Through a blend of mental wellness, mindset coaching, effective communication, and somatic awareness dancers cultivate the skills they need to thrive on and off the floor.
Each workshop is interactive, engaging, and tailored to the unique needs of your team. Workshops include open discussion, psycho-education, resource building, self-reflection, and practical application. One of my goals is to help students practice self-compassion and improve their self-esteem along with building empathy for others.
