Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga incorporating deep relaxation and mindfulness. Restorative yoga is a practice that helps the body integrate and heal. The goal is not stretching or strengthening muscles but instead activating the body's natural resources to regulate and find balance. This practice is good for the body, mind, and soul.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga provides balance to a more active lifestyle and activities. Postures are held for minutes at a time with a focus on stillness rather than continuous movement. Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissue and joints.
