Welcome to Mentally Here! 

I have a vision of establishing a mental wellness community that is based on education, advocacy and empathy. My goal is to show up authentically, create genuine connections and provide a safe space for those who need it.

I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I was a dance teacher and coach for over a decade and through my interactions with my students as well as my own mental health challenges, I knew I wanted to find a way to help more people.
